APC-UPM Inc. Educational Assistance
The Association of Parents-Counselors of UP Manila, Inc. (APC-UPM, Inc.) proudly announces the 2013-2014 Educational Assistance Grants of up to PhP 18,000.00/semester.
Only students belonging to bracket D, E1 and E2 will be entertained:
1st priority: Bracket E2 students whose applications for stipend have been denied,and
Bracket E2 full scholars, former APC scholars, Orphans, Indigents
2nd priority: Bracket E1 students who are also student assistants/ Working students,
Indigenous Students, Single parents, Differently abled students.
3rd priority: Bracket D students
4th priority: Former APC scholars whose scholarships have been terminated.
Requirements for all applicants:
1. Must not be a recipient of other scholarship grant/s except the STFAP
2. Must not have ever incurred grades of 5.00, 4.00 or INC
3. Must be enrolled in at least 15 units by 1st sem 2013-2014 (may be waived for
graduating students)
4. Must not have been involved in any SDT case
5. Must process their own applications. We will not entertain representatives.
Submit the folllowing documents, arranged as specified in a clear book
1. Label of student name and course at the clear book spine.
2. Photocopy of ID (front and back)
3. Accomplished application form (Rm 302, OSA) with recent picture (against white
background, with name tag. Computer enhanced, cropped pictures, facebook profile
pictures are not acceptable)
4. Latest certification from SDT of good moral character (Rm 303, OSA)
5. Certification SFAP bracket as of 2nd sem 2012-2013 (Rm 305, OSA)
6. Updated, original 2013 Barangay clearance (photocopy is not allowed).

7. DSWD case study (coordinate with your own CSWDO or MSWDO).

8. Essay not exceeding one page (DS) on why s/he should be granted the scholarship.
9. True Copy of Grades and must have at least a GWA of 2.50.
