Embracing Wellness & Empowering UP Students!
The Student Wellness Subsidy Program returns with a higher budget allocation for its student grantees across certificate, undergraduate, and graduate programs. The program continues to serve as a vital resource, offering financial relief for prescribed medication and essential mental health services.
Applications are ongoing until May 3, 2024.
To apply for the program, all bonafide UP students must submit the SW subsidy application form and a mental health professional referral to their CU Student Affairs unit for the evaluation. Selected grantees identified by the CU Student Affairs Units will receive the full subsidy amount of P 7,500.
