Qualifications:

1. A regular student, 3rd year minimum;
2. with cumulative grades of " 2.0";
3. no lower than "3.0" or "Incomplete" grades;
4. with minimum load semestral;
5. with PD80% and parents' annual income must not exceed to Php 250,000.00;
6. not subjected to any disciplinary action;
7. must be of good moral character.

1. must be PD80% of Full Discount (FD) in Socialized Tuition;
2. without any other scholarship;
3. grades must be pass all;
4. any year level, priority graduating students.

1.Undergraduate Program

QUALIFICATIONS:
a. Must be a natural born Filipino citizen;
b. Must be a bonafide student enrolled in any undergraduate degree program in the University if the Philippines System;
c. Must have obtained a minimum GWA of "1.75" for a load of at least 15 academic units with no grade of "5.00", unremoved "4.0" or "inc" in the semester immediately following the application.

To accommodate students who wish to request for additional financial assistance [Pursuant to Memorandum: RPG 2017-40, issued by the Office of Student Financial Assistance, UP] the online appeals for the Socialized Tuition (ST) System shall again be accessible from September 27 (Wednesday) to October 3, 2017 (Tuesday) via the Student Financial Assistance Online (SFAO) website.
