FRESHIE TALKS will be tentatively rescheduled on September 29, Friday, due to the suspension of classes across all levels in Quezon City today, September 22, 2023.
This is to prioritize the health and safety of everyone because of Taal Volcano’s persistent emission of volcanic smog. Everyone is advised to wear face masks and limit outdoor activities.

ANUNSYO | Organization accreditation for university and college-based organizations in UP Manila for A.Y. 2023-2024 is now officially open.
The updated guidelines, requirements, and submission portal necessary for the accreditation of both university and college-based organizations will be available starting today, September 19. The accreditation committee will be accepting applications and requirements until October 3.

Student Learning Assistance System
1st Semester, AY 2023-2024
The Student Learning Assistance System Online will be open for the First Semester of AY 2023-2024 to accommodate UP Students who are seeking to apply for Student Learning Assistance through additional financial aid (UP Grants-In-Aid Program), and other support programs (TES, Donor funded scholarships, and SAGA). The Office of Student Development Services will open applications on the following dates:

The Office of Student Affairs is extending the submission of applications for the UP Presidential Scholarship (Graduate Program - MA/MS)
ELIGIBILITY:
- Open to graduate students enrolled in any MA/MS graduate program offered by UP Manila
- GWA of at least “1.75” for a load of at least 9 academic units with no grade of “5.00”, unremoved :4.0” or INC in the semester immediately following the application
BENEFITS:
- Free tuition, miscellaneous and laboratory fees
- Monthly stipend of Php 2,500.00 (Including summer if required in the curriculum)
